Tom Bridge

Tom Bridge has a diverse work experience spanning from 1998 to the present. Tom is currently the Director of Product Management at JumpCloud, a position they have held since 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Principal Product Manager for Apple from April 2021 to February 2023.

Before their role at Apple, Tom worked as a Producer for Mac Admins Podcast LLC starting in February 2016. From 2005 to 2021, they were a Partner at Technolutionary, LLC, where they managed networks, Macs, and mobile devices for various businesses in the greater DC area.

Tom co-founded WeLoveDC.com, a local-oriented weblog in Washington DC, in July 2008. Tom served as the Co-Founder of the company until March 2015. Additionally, they worked as a City Captain for Metroblogging from July 2004 to July 2008.

Tom also has experience as a Blogger for O'Reilly & Associates from 2004 to 2007 and as an Itinerant Technologist for America's Choice, Inc. from June 2001 to February 2006. Tom was the Business Manager at MacSlash Inc from May 2003 to April 2004.

Their early career includes working as a Logistics Controller at WestLake Internet Training in the DC office in 2000 and as a Help Desk Technician at Denison University from September 1998 to May 2000. In this role, they covered the Help Desk and Computer Labs, handling Mac OS questions for multiple computer labs across five labs.

Tom Bridge obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Music from Denison University in 2000. Tom then pursued a Master's Degree in Science & Technology Studies from Virginia Tech, which they completed in 2011. In terms of additional certifications, Tom Bridge obtained multiple certifications from Apple, including Apple Certified IT Professional in May 2022, Jamf Certified Administrator in October 2019, Jamf Certified Technician in August 2019, Apple Certified Support Professional (10.12) in May 2017, Apple Certified Support Professional (10.11) in May 2016, Apple Certified Technical Coordinator (10.9) in May 2014, and Mobile Technical Competency in April 2014. Additionally, they obtained the Certified Wireless Network Administrator (CWNA) certification from the Certitrek Group in July 2017.
