What you are accountable for:

The Associate, Content Syndication is accountable for supporting the development of content syndication strategy and ongoing optimizations for select group of accounts. In addition, at the time of execution, this role is responsible for leading the process of getting the campaign live and running correctly following all internal standards and processes. The goal of the Associate, Content Syndication is to gain more experience with complex, multi-channel strategy and execution across a variety of platforms and to learn more about their accounts and other elements of the larger plan in place.

What you are responsible for: Internal

  • Assist with developing client content syndication strategies, integrating content syndication campaigns into clients’ overall media plan
  • Assist with developing campaign goal projections/forecasting based on historical performance and future campaign initiatives
  • Provide strategic and executional support to team members on a variety of clients with different complexities and backgrounds
  • Troubleshoot issues/concerns and work with content syndication partners to resolve as needed
  • Support campaign maintenance and optimizations
  • Support regular lead and budget pacing and monitoring for live campaigns to ensure accurate spend delivery
  • Produce and analyze weekly, monthly, and quarterly campaign reports measuring performance and effectiveness of content syndication campaigns
  • Maintain quality control while ensuring projects and campaigns are executed completely, correctly, accurately, and efficiently for clients
  • Support successful lead delivery process
  • Coordinate with the wider media team on planning and monthly actualizations
  • Ensure tactics and vendors utilized are GDPR compliant and ensure all internal processes and procedures are followed, including those specific to certain clients based on their own contractual agreements
  • Assist with ongoing content syndication partner communication
  • Exhibit the ability to anticipate and solve problems Customers
  • Deliver quality leads to interact with our clients’ products and services
  • Discover and deliver new and innovative partners and solutions to executing content syndication campaigns based on specific client business issues and challenges
  • Collaborate with client service and media leads to ensure strong senior client relationships on select group of accounts
