Tim Scales

Tim Scales has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Tim began their career as an Assistant Lock Keeper for Hurley Lock on the River Thames during their summer breaks from university. Tim then worked as a Call Centre Operative for William Hill before joining Javelin Recruitment Ltd, where they progressed to become a Branch Manager. Tim later served as a Resourcing Manager for Connaught PLC, a Resource Specialist for Rolls-Royce, and an Employer Services Manager for Ingeus Training.

Tim's experience in business development began when they joined BPP as a Business Development Manager, eventually becoming the Head of Business Development. Tim then held roles as a National Business Development Manager and a Director of Business Development for Davies Learning Solutions and Avado, respectively. Currently, Tim holds the position of Director of Business Development at Just IT, where they are responsible for connecting people with careers in tech and management roles through apprenticeships, training programs, and recruitment services. Their work experience showcases their expertise in talent development, apprenticeships, and strategy.

Tim Scales attended Leeds Beckett University from 2000 to 2003, where they earned a BA degree in English & History. Prior to that, they completed their A Level and obtained 9 GCSE's at Beaumont. Tim studied History, Biology, and Physical Education there. Tim also went on to earn a BA (Hons) degree in English and History from Leeds Beckett University, although the specific years of this degree are not provided.
