Jessica Laurence

Jessica Laurence is an accomplished education and project management professional with extensive experience in teaching and educational leadership. Currently serving as Partnerships Manager at Just Right Reader since July 2024, Jessica previously held positions as Dyslexia Specialist and 5th Grade Teacher at McKinney ISD, where expertise in student support and curriculum development was demonstrated. As Project Manager at Van Trease Development, Inc., from June 2021 to February 2024, Jessica coordinated office operations and logistics for luxury home construction projects. Jessica's teaching career began at Plano ISD as a 3rd Grade Teacher, later progressing to a 2nd Grade Teacher role at Lovejoy ISD, where contributions included training new educators and developing district evaluation criteria. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from the University of North Texas.
