Serene Lee

Serene Lee is the current Vice President & Head of Customer Experience at JustCo. Serene previously held positions such as Customer Experience Lead at Roche and Senior Vice President at DBS Bank. With a background in management consulting at companies like Accenture and Emerge Consulting, Serene has a strong focus on designing and improving customer journeys. Serene also has experience in training and education, having led curriculum redesign at M1 Limited. Serene holds a postgraduate diploma in Education from Nanyang Technological University and bachelor's degrees in Economics and Arts & Social Sciences from the National University of Singapore.
