Sebastiano Ligato

Sebastiano Ligato is an experienced operations leader in the food delivery and restaurant sectors, currently serving as Head of Delivery Operation at Just Eat Takeaway.com since December 2020. Key responsibilities include improving operational excellence and profitability while overseeing the growth of the London in-house delivery courier model, which now boasts over 3,000 couriers. Ligato's previous roles at Just Eat included managing the expansion of delivery models and launching the first UK hub. Prior to Just Eat, Ligato held leadership positions at Bill's Restaurants, focusing on strategic operational changes, and at Carluccio's, where responsibilities spanned from General Manager to Head of Central Operations. Ligato holds a BA in Tourism and Hospitality Management from London South Bank University.
