Renee Vieira, Psy.D., MBA, currently serves as the Head of Talent Management, Learning & Organizational Development at Justworks since December 2023. Prior experience includes roles such as Senior Talent Partner at Visa, Senior Vice President and Head of Organizational Effectiveness & Talent Management at Moody's Corporation, and Executive Director of Global Organization & Leadership Development at WarnerMedia, where significant contributions were made to business transformation and change management initiatives. Additionally, Renee has held academic positions at Teachers College, Columbia University, and has developed organizational capabilities in various consulting roles across companies like MetLife, Medidata Solutions, and Johnson & Johnson. Renee holds an MBA with specializations from NYU Stern School of Business, a Doctorate in Organizational Psychology from Rutgers University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology & Sociology from Drew University.
