Poojan Vaidya is an accomplished compliance and governance professional with extensive experience in the financial services sector. Currently serving as Head of Compliance and Governance at K2 International since June 2022, Poojan previously held multiple compliance roles at Asta Capital Limited from March 2017 to June 2022, including Compliance Manager and Senior Compliance Analyst.
