Timothy Chase

Timothy Chase has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades in various human resources and organizational development roles. Timothy is currently self-employed, having started in June 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Director of HR Operations at KabaFusion from April 2022. Timothy held multiple positions at Dartmouth-Hitchcock, including Director of Human Resource Operations from December 2020 and Integration Manager from October 2019 to April 2022. Before that, they worked as an HR/OD Consultant, serving as a Principal Consultant from 2016 to 2019. Timothy also held roles at Alice Peck Day Health Systems, Corp., including Director of Talent and Organizational Development from May 2014 to June 2016 and Organizational Development Analyst from October 2012. Timothy worked as a Sr. Organizational Development Analyst at Cooley Dickinson Hospital from July 2009 to October 2012 and as an Employee Relations Manager at Heywood Hospital from 1999 to 2006.

Timothy Chase obtained a Master's Degree in Instructional Design from UMass Boston from 2000-2002. Prior to that, they received a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Fitchburg State College from 1993-1997. Timothy also holds additional certifications in Coaching Leaders from Linkage (obtained in 2014) and Human System Dynamics from the Human System Dynamics Institute (obtained in 2010).
