Todd Youse

Todd Youse has a diverse work experience that spans over a decade. Todd is currently a Member of the OnCon Senior Council at OnConferences since October 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Director of Talent Acquisition at KabaFusion, a home infusion company, from August 2020 onwards. Todd also served as a Division Director at Robert Half, specializing in staffing administrative and customer service roles, from October 2019 to August 2020. Todd has a background in recruitment advertising, having worked as a Recruitment Advertising Specialist at The Colorado Springs Gazette, LLC from April 2019 to October 2019. Todd also held the position of Business Development Manager at Mortgage Solutions Financial from October 2017 to July 2018. Todd started their career at The Remedy Group in 2010, where they worked as a Sr. Director of Recruiting & Client Services, gaining experience in the recruitment of various positions in the healthcare industry. Todd has been recognized for their achievements with multiple individual producer and Pacesetter awards.

Todd Youse attended Clackamas Community College from 1997 to 1999, where they obtained an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General. Todd also holds additional certifications in SHRM Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential and SHRM Workforce Planning from SHRM.
