Mihir Modak has a diverse work experience in the field of game design and development. Mihir started their career as an intern at Rolocule Games and Codewalla, where they gained experience in game design, level design, and concept creation. Mihir then pursued a Master's Degree in Game Design and Project Management at Rubika, where they learned various skills including game conceptualization, project management, and technical software proficiency.

After completing their degree, Mihir joined Zynga as an Associate Game Designer and Narrative Designer, working on FarmVille 2. Mihir was responsible for designing quests, writing game narrative, and creating new features that significantly improved completion rates.

Following their tenure at Zynga, Mihir became an Ecommerce Entrepreneur. Mihir successfully created and managed multiple storefronts online, utilizing platforms such as Etsy and Shopify. Mihir also gained experience in advertising on platforms like Facebook and Instagram, honing their entrepreneurial mindset and skills.

Mihir then joined Kano Apps as a Game Designer before moving on to IUGO Mobile, where they worked on a new IP in a broad-reaching design role. Mihir contributed to missions, systems, monetization, and feature development, constantly striving for improvements in core systems design and content updates.

Subsequently, Mihir joined Kabam as a Game Systems and Mission Designer for the new IP, Disney Mirrorverse. Mihir played a key role in developing Act 1 and a major component of Act 2 content, as well as working on level and map design, scripting, narrative and dialogue, and economy design.

Currently, Mihir is working at Blackbird Interactive as a Campaign Designer for the renowned Homeworld series on Homeworld 3. Their role includes mission design, scripting, level design, and narrative design using Unreal Engine 4. Mihir is responsible for developing several missions and iterating on various aspects of the game's development.

Throughout their career, Mihir has demonstrated a passion for game development and a willingness to take on challenges in various roles. Mihir Modak completed their education with a Master's Degree in International Masters, Video Game Design and Project Management from Rubika from 2010 to 2014. Before that, from 2008 to 2010, they attended DAV Public School where they received their High School education with a focus on Physics, Chemistry, Maths, and Computer Science. Prior to that, from 1998 to 2008, they attended Gurukul High School, although no degree or field of study was specified during that time.
