Harriette Cole is the Director of Programming at Kahilla. Prior to that, they were a contributor at TheRoot.com, writing reflective articles about contemporary lifestyle and culture. Before that, they were the President and Creative Director of Harriette Cole Media. Harriette also has experience as a volunteer with the SYDA Foundation.

Harriette Cole attended Howard University where they obtained their Bachelor of Arts in English. Harriette then went on to Towson University to study English Language and Literature/Letters and obtained their degree in that field as well.

They are on a team with Elizabeth Herrick - Learning Strategist, Quinn Gentry - Senior Behavioral Scientist, and Jason Golub - Head of Strategic Partnerships & Chief Diversity Officer. Harriette Cole reports to Noa Ries, Co-Founder.
