Alpay Koralturk has a diverse work experience starting from 2007 as an intern at J.P. Morgan. Alpay then worked as a Sales & Trading Analyst at J.P. Morgan from June 2008 to May 2010, where they were responsible for structuring and executing FX and IR derivative trades for US corporate and private equity clients.

From June 2010 to December 2011, they worked as an Advertising Business Analyst at Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia, where they collaborated with publishing and sales departments, creating and managing internal reports and financial models.

In March 2012, Alpay joined Moda Operandi, a luxury fashion e-commerce start-up, as a Vice President of Strategy. Alpay played a crucial role in the company's Series C fundraising efforts, helping to close a $36MM round. Alpay also oversaw the finance department and implemented relevant policies and processes.

In October 2012, Alpay Koralturk co-founded Gram Games, a mobile gaming studio dedicated to delivering high-quality social games. Alpay served as the Co-founder & CEO until the company was acquired by Zynga in August 2014.
