Ryan Strauss has a diverse range of work experience in the IT and infrastructure field. In their most recent role as National Vice President of IT and Infrastructure at Kaiyo, they expanded and designed the IT infrastructure across multiple locations in the US. Ryan worked at Jet.com as an Ecommerce Fulfillment Center Engineering Integrations Specialist, supporting the design of solutions and providing technical support to employees. Ryan also worked as a Systems Support Technician at Cyber City and founded their own company, Strauss Help, as a Technology Consultant. Ryan started their career with an internship at Certified Financial Services, where they gained knowledge in insurance and wealth management.

Ryan Strauss attended Morristown Beard from 2005 to 2009 and obtained a High School degree. From 2009 to 2011, they studied at the University of Miami Herbert Business School, receiving a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in an unspecified field of study. Lastly, from 2011 to 2015, Ryan pursued their education at Rutgers University and earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Information Technology.
