Kelly Liles

Kelly Liles has a diverse work experience in various companies. Kelly most recently worked as a Recruiting and Employee Engagement Specialist at Kalkomey Enterprises, LLC, where they focused on creating outdoor enthusiasts. Prior to that, they worked as a Sr. Technical Recruiter (Contract) at REI and as a Sr. Technical Talent Partner at MURAL, where they contributed to the company's mission of inspiring and connecting imagination workers globally. Kelly also held a role as a Technical Recruiter, Digital Markets at Gartner, where they transformed engineering talent recruitment and onboarding processes. Before that, they worked at Oxford International as a Recruiting Manager, Engineering, where they successfully filled technical contract positions.
