John Marshall

John Marshall is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in full-stack development and a strong focus on scalable, high-performance applications. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Kaluza since November 2024, John previously contributed to OVO Energy's Australian expansion through polyglot engineering, utilizing Scala, Typescript microservices, and React frontends. Notable prior roles include senior positions at Homepass, Shroogal, Bridge, and Sensis, where John excelled in developing responsive applications and integrating advanced technologies such as AWS and GraphQL. John holds a Bachelor of Engineering and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Software Engineering and Computer Science from RMIT University, completed in 1999.
