Jafeth Fernandez Rodriguez

Jafeth Fernandez Rodriguez is a Technical Coach and Product Support & Escalations Supervisor at Tebra since June 2022. Before that, Jafeth worked as a Tier2 Technical Support Representative at Kareo, a Tebra company, starting in August 2019. Prior to their time at Kareo, Jafeth was an Insurance Enrollment Tech Support at Nike and also worked as a Sales Staff at SYKES Costa Rica. Jafeth is currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Social and Economic Sciences at Universidad Fidélitas and holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering from the same institution. Jafeth also holds certifications in Project Management Professional from Google and NDG Linux l - Linux Professional Institute from Cisco Networking Academy.
