Malavika Santhosh

Malavika Santhosh has a diverse range of work experience spanning various roles and industries. Malavika began their career in 2015 as a Business Analyst at TELUS. Malavika then worked at APEGBC as a Project Specialist, where they were responsible for coordinating and developing projects related to foreign qualifications recognition. In 2017, Malavika worked as a Documentation Engineer at UrtheCast.

From 2018 to 2019, Malavika served as an Implementation Consultant at Exan Software. Malavika then joined Lever as an Implementation Specialist and later as a Senior Implementation Specialist in 2019 and 2020, respectively.

In 2020, Malavika joined Sapling as an Implementation Specialist before being promoted to the role of Implementation Manager, Team Lead in April 2021. Malavika later became a Senior Manager, Service Delivery in March 2022.

In 2022, Kallidus acquired Sapling, and Malavika's role transitioned to Senior Manager, Service Delivery within the merged company. Malavika worked towards supporting organizations in their HR and L&D needs, ensuring a smooth employee lifecycle experience.

In January 2023, Malavika started working at KarmaCheck as an Onboarding Manager, where they continue to contribute to the successful onboarding of employees.

Malavika Santhosh obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Management Information Systems and Marketing from Simon Fraser University, where they studied from 2012 to 2017. Additionally, they pursued their BBA at Università Bocconi starting in 2016, with no specified end year.
