Lamont Williams has a diverse work experience in logistics management and operations. Lamont started their career as a Senior Supply Sergeant Logistic Manager & Advisor in the US Army in 2004 and served in various roles and positions until retiring in 2016. During their time in the Army, Lamont was responsible for overseeing logistics for transportation equipment valued at over $1.3 billion and developing and implementing logistics for day-to-day life support requirements for over 4,200 soldiers. Lamont also served as a Company First Sergeant and oversaw all daily logistics and administrative operations for a unit of 800 soldiers. After retiring from the Army, Lamont worked as a Logistics Analyst & Planner and a Material Expeditor at ASO, LLC, where they were responsible for daily logistics management and maintaining databases of logistics information. Lamont also worked as a Logistics Management Specialist at the 401st AFSBNs-AFG, where they coordinated logistics activities and provided support for supply operations. Most recently, Lamont has been working as a Logistics Manager at Karthik Consulting, where they plan, organizes, and coordinates logistics activities for assigned systems. Throughout their career, Lamont has demonstrated strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills in the field of logistics management.

Lamont Williams began their education in 2015 at the Management and Strategy Institute, where they pursued a Six Sigma Professional Black and Green Black Belt field of study. Lamont also attended the same institute to study Project Management Lean Process. In 2018, Lamont enrolled at the Emergency Management Institute to focus on Crisis/Emergency/Disaster Management. Additionally, they attended the Defense Acquisition University to further their knowledge in Logistics, Program Management, Purchasing and Production, Quality & Manufacturing.
