Wesley Strange has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Wesley started their career as a Graphic Designer at Dunwoody Sports Marketing, where they managed the design and production of matchday programmes for Football League and Premiership Rugby clubs. Wesley then joined CRE8 Sports Marketing as a Studio Manager, overseeing a large studio of artworkers and designers and managing day-to-day workflow.

In 2008, Wesley joined Codemasters as a Creative Studio Manager in Marketing. In this role, they led the Creative Services team and was responsible for delivering customer-focused branding, packaging, advertising, and POS solutions. Wesley worked on global projects, managing designers and artworkers and ensuring final signoff by internal and external stakeholders.

After Codemasters, Wesley moved to Wyndham Worldwide / RCI as a Studio Manager in Marketing. Here, they managed the marketing studio and its operations.

In 2014, Wesley joined Robert Welch Designs Ltd, where they held various roles. As a Marketing Manager, they focused on growing brand awareness online using SEO, PPC, social media, and brand partnerships. Wesley then became an eCommerce Sales & Marketing Manager, responsible for strategy and leading a team in executing online and traditional marketing activities to drive customer acquisition, conversion, and retention. Finally, they served as the Head of Consumer Marketing & Digital, overseeing the company's consumer marketing initiatives.

Currently, Wesley is working at Joma Jewellery & Katie Loxton as the Head Of Ecommerce, starting their role in November 2021.

Throughout their career, Wesley has demonstrated a strong focus on customer-oriented experiences, brand marketing, and team leadership.

Wesley Strange completed a Diploma in Professional Marketing from CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing from 2016 to 2017. Additionally, Wesley has obtained a certification as a Basic Agent from Gorgias Academy in February 2022.
