Amy Unruh

Amy Unruh is a seasoned communications professional currently serving as the Director of Strategic Communications at the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation since May 2022, where Amy leads a team in developing and executing strategies to advance the Foundation's priorities. Previous experience includes managing communications for the University of Arkansas division of finance and administration and serving in various roles related to communications and student services at the University of Arkansas, including Senior Director of Administrative Communications. Amy has also freelanced as a copywriter and proofreader, operated a business, and coordinated public relations efforts at College of the Ozarks. Academic credentials include a Master of Arts in Journalism from the University of Arkansas and a Bachelor of Arts in English and Journalism from the University of Mississippi.
