Dustin Soulliere

Dustin Soulliere has a diverse work experience spanning several roles in IT and engineering. Dustin started their career as a Design Leader at Hallmark Technologies, where they managed CATIA projects and personnel. Dustin then moved on to Litens Automotive as a Sr. CATIA Designer, responsible for computer-aided design. Soulliere then joined TI Automotive as a Sr. Product Designer before transitioning to Kautex Textron. At Kautex Textron, they held various positions, including Sr. Designer, Engineering Systems Specialist, IT Site Manager, NA Regional Infrastructure Leader, and Interim Director IT North America. Their most recent roles include Global Manager IT Engineering Solutions, Global Manager IT Engineering Operations, and Director IT Design Global. In these positions, they led global teams, developed IT solutions for product design and engineering operations, and managed vendor relationships. Dustin has experience working with teams and users across multiple regions and countries.

Dustin Soulliere completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology at the University of Windsor from 1989 to 1993. Dustin then pursued a Certificate in Engineering at St. Clair College from 1994 to 1995. Later, they obtained a Masters of Science degree in Information Systems from Lawrence Technological University from 2006 to 2008. Additionally, Dustin has obtained several certifications including a Certificate of Leadership from Lawrence Technological University in 2022, Prince2 Foundations in Project Management from APMG-International in 2015, ITIL Foundation from APMG-International in 2013, and Six Sigma Green Belt from Textron Six Sigma in 2008.
