Cody Bary has a diverse work experience in the fast food industry. Cody started their career in 2010 as an Area Coach at Taco Bell, where they successfully managed multiple locations and implemented innovative leadership strategies. In 2018, they joined McDonald's as a Franchise Business Consultant, where they provided personalized guidance and support to Owner Operators. Cody rapidly gained the trust of all Owner Operators by conducting thorough diagnostics of their businesses. In 2019, Cody joined KBP Foods as a Market Leader, where they spearheaded a turnaround operation for newly-acquired KFC restaurants. Cody transformed legacy standards to meet stricter requirements and significantly increased EBITDA within the first year. Cody has a strong entrepreneurial mindset and a track record of financial achievement in the industry.
