Penny Wagner

Penny Wagner is currently the Community Marketing Manager at Keeley Properties, where Penny focuses on business development of property management through brand development, marketing strategy, and public relations. With over two decades of experience, Penny also owns Wagner Portrait Group and has previously held the position of Director of Marketing & Community Development at Riverstone Residential Group- Clayton on the Park. Penny holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing/Marketing Management from the University of Arkansas.
