Debbi U has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Debbi began their career at Roy's Hawaiian Fusion Cuisine in 2014 as a MOD/Server/Food Runner. Debbi then joined the Center for Discovery in 2012 as a Dietary Aide before returning to Roy's as a Manager from 2015 to 2017. Debbi U later became a Managing Partner at Roy's from 2017 to 2019 and then again from 2019 to 2020. Debbi then worked as a General Manager at Bicos Hospitality from 2020 to 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Operations - Fine Casual/Fine Dining at Kei Concepts since 2021. Debbi also served as the Regional Manager at Kei Concepts from 2022 to 2023.

Debbi U completed their Bachelor's Degree in Dietetics and Clinical Nutrition Services from California State University, Long Beach between 2010 and 2014. Prior to that, they attended San Diego State University from 2008 to 2009, but their degree and field of study during that period are unknown.
