Chef Samy Palanichamy is an accomplished pastry chef with extensive experience in the culinary industry. Currently serving as the Head Pastry Chef at ALSAMADI Restaurants LLC since January 2022, Chef Samy has also held roles at KEITA as a Pastry Chef since August 2017 and as Executive Pastry Chef at ABSHERON Hotel Group since March 2018. Previous positions include Pastry Chef at Big Smoke Burger and Al Areesh Club in Dubai, along with prior experience as Executive Pastry Chef at Bread Boudeqe LLC and Pastry Chef at LuLu Group International. Chef Samy's education includes studies at higher school Jayamangalam in Theni, India, and SRM University.
