Will Schroeder

Will Schroeder, a seasoned professional in the bioscience industry, currently serves as Vice President of Food Quality and Safety at Kemin Food Technologies, where innovation and adaptability have driven significant growth since 2010. As Co-Owner of NiTech LLC, Will oversees company operations and financial reviews, while previous roles include Corporate Secretary at Blue Sky Creamery, Inc., where strategic planning and franchise development were key responsibilities. Will also founded Nitro Ice Cream, LLC, implementing a unique ice cream flash-freezing technology, and contributed to various projects at Kemin Americas and Iowa State University, supporting advancements in chemical engineering and product development. Will holds a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from Iowa State University and a B.S. in Chemistry from Augsburg University.
