Mark S. Lucca

Mark S. Lucca is an experienced insurance executive currently serving as Vice President Claims at Kemper since January 2020. Previously, Mark held the position of VP Auto Product and Underwriting Strategy at Liberty Mutual Insurance and served as VP of Operations at Comsearch, Inc. With a strong background in operations and product strategy, Mark has also worked at IAT Insurance Group as VP Claim Automobile and Subro Product Lead, and at Travelers in various leadership roles, where responsibilities included the development and maintenance of commercial auto insurance products and oversight of claims handling procedures. Mark holds a degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Providence College.
