Steve Froning

Steve Froning has an extensive work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Steve currently holds the position of Senior Vice President and Head of Transformation Analytics in the Life Division at Kemper since February 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in the Life & Health Division at Kemper from May 2017 to February 2023.

Before joining Kemper, Steve worked at Banc of California as a Senior Vice President in Financial Analytics from February 2016 to April 2017 and as a Finance Consultant from November 2015 to February 2016. Steve was also a Managing Director in Financial Planning & Analysis at Home Point Financial from September 2014 to November 2015.

Furthermore, Steve held the position of Senior Vice President in Finance at Aurora Bank FSB from July 2007 to October 2013. Prior to that, they served as a Vice President in Financial Planning and Business Intelligence at New Century Mortgage from August 1997 to June 2007.

Steve's earlier experience includes working as a Senior Financial Analyst at Western Financial Bank from January 1996 to July 1997 and an Assistant Vice President and Director of Secondary Marketing at The Hammond Company, The Mortgage Bankers from January 1993 to December 1996.
