Miia Ylikorpi

Miia Ylikorpi started their career at Foxconn in 1999 as a Team Assistant and later worked as a Project Assistant and Executive Assistant, HR Coordinator. Miia held various roles in this company until 2012. In 2012, they joined Kemppi Oy as an HR Coordinator and then advanced to the role of HR Specialist. Currently, they are serving as the HR Manager, Finland at Kemppi Oy, where they are responsible for HR management, talent acquisition, employer branding, and HRIT development.

Miia Ylikorpi obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and Product Development from Lahti University of Applied Sciences between 1996 and 2002.
