Constança Santos

Constança Santos has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2010 when they became the Country Manager of AIESEC in Portugal. In this role, they developed and implemented strategies that led to a 56% growth in exchange experiences and 45% increase in revenues. Constança also created and managed a Board of Advisors and developed a new financial model. In 2012, they became an Associate Consultant at Jason Associates. In 2013, they joined the On Purpose program as an Associate and worked on the financial sustainability strategy of a global network for organisations that support social entrepreneurs. In 2015, they joined Third Space Learning as Talent & Performance Lead, where they were responsible for the talent strategy, from recruitment and organisational culture to professional development. Constança then became Further Education Lead and Team & Business Development Lead. In 2018, they took a career break. In 2019, they became Associate Director and Portfolio Manager at Leadership for Impact at Nova School of Business and Economics. Finally, in 2021, they became Head of Operations and Operations Manager at Kencko.

Constança Santos completed a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the Nova School of Business and Economics between 2007 and 2011.
