Ben Butler

Ben Butler is currently the Vice President, Special Projects at Kendal. Prior to this, they were the General Manager On Site Service Solutions at Sodexo from May 2008 to April 2015. In this role, they were directly responsible for the overall operation of the dining service department in two leading continuing care retirement communities that included skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities. Ben was also responsible for menu development and implementation, and maintaining excellent relationships with residents, guests and clients, as well as other departments.

From January 2008 to December 2012, Butler was the Director at Kendal at Hanover. In this role, they oversaw all aspects of the dining program at Kendal, a continuing care retirement community. Ben was responsible for menu development and implementation, resident satisfaction, staff training and development, and budget management.

Their manager is Sean M. Kelly, President & CEO. They are on a team with Frank Mandy - VP, Development, Stephen G. Bailey - SVP, New Business & Development, and Wanda Whitted-Smith - SVP, Human Resources.
