Verification Engineering Lead at Kenota Health

Lucas L. has a diverse range of work experience across various industries. Lucas began their career as a Research Assistant at the Centre for Integrated RF Engineering in 2011 and 2014, where they assisted in research projects. In 2012, they worked as a Research Assistant at Brigham and Women's Hospital, specializing in nanotherapeutic applications and polymer synthesis protocols. In the same year, they also worked briefly as an IT Architect at TD Bank Group.

From 2019 onwards, Lucas has been working at Kenota Health, initially as a Research Development Test Engineer. In this role, they were responsible for debugging, test protocol creation, data analysis, and test method validation. Currently, they serve as the Verification Engineering Lead, actively involved in cross-functional collaboration and overseeing the verification and validation processes.

Throughout their career, Lucas has demonstrated strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in both research and engineering roles.

Lucas L. obtained their Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Waterloo, from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Nanotechnology Engineering at the same university from 2010 to 2015. In addition to their academic achievements, Lucas also holds certifications as a Rescue Diver from the Professional Association of Diving Instructors, and as a Level 2 Instructor Certification from the Canadian Association of Snowboard Instructors, which they obtained in 2014 and 2011, respectively.
