Cassandra Tenhagen

Cassandra TenHagen is an experienced emergency communications operator at Kent County Sheriff's Office in Michigan since November 2017, with previous roles as a police cadet. TenHagen served as a youth specialist at Ottawa County Juvenile Detention Facility from March to October 2020 and worked as a head cashier at Menards from November 2014 to November 2017, where excellent customer service and communication skills were utilized. Additionally, TenHagen gained practical insights during a student internship with Grand Haven Department of Public Safety and as a police cadet with Norton Shores Police Department. Education includes a Bachelor of Applied Science in Criminal Justice/Police Science from Ferris State University and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Criminal Justice from Baker College of Muskegon, along with a high school diploma from West Ottawa High School.
