Patricia Judd

VP, Clinical Operations, Kessler Outpatient Services at Kessler Institute For Rehabilitation

Patricia Judd is vice-president of outpatient clinical operations, Patricia (Pat) Judd has oversight of more than 100 Kessler Rehabilitation Center outpatient clinics, outpatient services at Kessler’s four hospital campuses, and Kessler Orthotics and Prosthetics Services. She is responsible for program and quality management, regulatory compliance, budget and resource allocation, strategic planning, and marketing and sales support.

Pat previously served as AVP of outpatient services, helping to expand both programming and center locations. Since joining Kessler Institute in 1989 as the director of physical therapy at the Chester campus, she has continued to move into roles of increasing responsibility.

Pat earned a bachelor’s degree in physical therapy from Rutgers New Jersey Medical School (formerly the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey), a master’s in neurobiology from Rutgers University, and a second master’s in health care administration from Seton Hall University.
