Vandana Singh Chauhan has worked in various customer success roles since 2009. Vandana began their career at Nestl\u00e9 as a Nutrition Officer: Brand Activation, where they were responsible for planning and managing visual merchandising for the Infant category in Trade, Modern trade & Hospital channels. During their time at Nestl\u00e9, they successfully implemented the "Hygiene Corner" project, leading to a 5% revenue growth per quarter from 2010-2011.

In 2011, they joined PepsiCo as a Customer Executive: Account Coordinator, where they were responsible for marketing activations for an effective and timely execution of campaigns to build brand awareness. Vandana was a key member in business planning with regional teams and with national account managers for developing annual region wise operation plans and activation calendars.

In 2015, Vandana moved to Paytm as a Manager Sales: Customer Success. Vandana was responsible for leading the roll out of Paytm SaaS billing software to drive product adoption across the Customer segments. Vandana also developed and maintained long-term relationships by providing excellent customer service, consultative support, and negotiating/renewing existing client contracts.

In 2018, they joined MakeMyTrip as a Deputy Manager: Customer Success. Vandana was responsible for planning and coordinating the country wide roll-out of new online ticketing business segment. In this role, they led a team of 10+ people to scaleup operations and onboarded 3000+ vendors across Indian metro cities, negotiating best in class offers for online customers.

In 2021, Vandana joined RBC Ventures as a Senior Manager Partner Success - Ampli. Her responsibilities included leading post sales partner management to grow value and designing retention strategies for at-risk accounts. During their tenure, they managed 30+ accounts to maintain renewal rate and track escalations to ensure partner success both in business process and ROI. Vandana also performed quarterly business reviews and gave recommendations for future growth.

Currently, Vandana is working at KEV Group as a Customer Success Manager since 2022.

Vandana Singh Chauhan has a Master's Degree in Marketing & Financial Services from the International School of Business & Media, which they obtained between 2007 and 2009.
