Mary French

Mary French has a diverse work experience spanning over 26 years. Mary began their career as a Project Manager at Plastipak Packaging in 1995 and later worked as a Process Engineer at BASF from 1999 to 2004. Mary then joined Praxair as a Six Sigma Blackbelt, where they contributed their expertise until 2011. Following this, they held the role of Business Improvement Manager at Element Materials Technology from 2011 to 2013, and then served as a Senior Process Improvement Manager at Space Systems Loral from 2013 to 2015. Mary further advanced their career as the Senior Manager of Access Solutions at Genentech from 2015 to 2017. Mary subsequently worked as a Project Manager at Trident United Way from 2017 to 2019. Mary explored their entrepreneurial side by establishing their own company, French BPO, LLC, in 2017, where they currently hold the position of Principal Consultant. Alongside this, they took on the role of OpExChange Coordinator at OpExChange in 2020, coordinating a state-wide network of manufacturing companies to drive operational excellence. Most recently, Mary joined KeyedIn in 2021 as a Senior Implementation Consultant, focusing on guiding clients in implementing SaaS solutions and facilitating business value.

Mary French earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Cleveland State University, completing their studies from 1991 to 1995. In addition, they obtained several certifications in other areas, including a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) from Scrum Alliance in November 2014, a Project Management Professional (PMP) from PMI-OC Project Management Institute Orange County Chapter in December 2010, a Certified Six Sigma Blackbelt (CSSBB) from ASQ in October 2014, and a Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) from APICS in April 2014.
