Aaron Charpia

Aaron Charpia has a diverse work experience starting from 2013. Aaron worked as an Audio Engineer at the College of Charleston from July 2013 to August 2016. In May 2015, they briefly worked as an Assistant Recording Engineer at NPR. From December 2014 to May 2017, Aaron worked at Apple, first as a Sales Specialist and later as an Operations Specialist. At Apple, they were responsible for inventory management, process management, and addressing customer concerns.

In 2017, Aaron joined Blackbaud as a Nonprofit Support Specialist, where they provided support to nonprofits. Aaron then worked as an Implementation Consultant from May 2018 to April 2021, helping clients with software implementation. From April 2021 to March 2023, Aaron served as an Enablement Program Manager, Senior at Blackbaud.

Most recently, Aaron joined NPact in March 2023 as a Senior Implementation Consultant.

Aaron Charpia has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from the College of Charleston, where they attended from 2013 to 2017. Prior to attending college, they studied music at the Charleston County School Of the Arts from 2008 to 2013. In addition, Aaron has obtained several certifications including Sage Intacct Implementation Certified Consultant from Sage Intacct, Inc. in June 2023, Financial Edge bCFE-Pro from Blackbaud in December 2017, Financial Edge bCFE from Blackbaud in November 2017, and Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) from Blackbaud in January 2017.
