Ashley Carr has worked in the customer service industry since 2012. Ashley began their career at Barnes & Noble, Inc. as an Associate in 2012. In 2015, they were promoted to Team Lead at DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse where they oversaw customer experience at checkout, handled daily cash deposits, and managed on hand funds. In 2018, Ashley joined KeyMe as a Customer Experience Manager where they drove KPI goals using monthly and quarterly incentives, created policy and procedures, launched initiatives to reduce abandonment and spam call rates, and ensured agents gave top quality customer service by using various coaching techniques.
