Rick Holt

Rick Holt has an extensive background in the food industry, specifically with KFC UK & Ireland. Rick has held various roles within the company, including People and Culture Lead, Head of Learning Experience Training and Design, and Franchise People Capability Leader. Prior to their current position, Rick served as a Restaurant General Manager at KFC UKI. Rick also has experience at Marks and Spencer as a Finance and Operations Manager. Rick earned a Bachelor of Arts in Media Production from the University of Central Lancashire.
