Rainy Yelich

Rainy Yelich, SPHR has extensive work experience in human resources. Rainy is currently the Director of Human Resources at KFI Engineers since October 2019. Prior to this, Rainy served as the SR Director of Human Resources at amg™ (Audiology Management Group, Inc.) from October 2018 to October 2019. Rainy also worked as a Human Resources Consultant at amg™ from January 2018 to October 2018. From May 2017 to December 2017, Rainy worked independently as a Human Resources Talent Management expert, providing consulting services to small business owners. Rainy was the Director of Human Resources at Starkey Hearing Technologies from November 2015 to February 2017, where they oversaw various HR functions and managed the My Talent Solutions HR Consulting Program. Rainy also held the position of Director of Human Resources at All American Hearing, the retail division of Starkey Hearing Technologies, from June 2014 to November 2015. Rainy assumed the role of Director of Operations at Starkey Hearing Foundation from October 2013 to June 2014, where they developed strategies to support fundraising and mission elements of the Foundation. Rainy's earlier experience includes being the Manager of Talent Acquisition - Audiology at Starkey Hearing Technologies from May 1996 to October 2013, where they managed recruitment, HR consulting, and led a team of Talent Management Business Partners.

Rainy Yelich, SPHR, earned a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources from the University of Minnesota, from 1991 to 1994. In addition, Rainy obtained the SPHR certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in May 2021. Rainy also completed a certification in "Creating a High Performance Culture" from LinkedIn in October 2017.
