Edward Scherlacher is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in diverse industries. Currently serving as the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Kids II since July 2018, Edward previously held significant roles at The Coca-Cola Company, including Global Senior Talent Acquisition Partner for the Freestyle Team, and Talent Acquisition Partner for NA Supply Chain/Manufacturing. Edward's career also includes leadership positions at Serta Simmons Bedding, The Dannon Company, Unilever, Cadbury Adams, and Becton Dickinson. Edward's expertise encompasses corporate recruitment, technical hiring, and fostering relationships with senior management to achieve recruitment success and significant cost savings. Edward holds a Master of Theological Studies from Drew University and a Bachelor of Arts from Northeastern Bible College.
