Peter Kreidler

Peter Kreidler is an experienced culinary professional with a robust background in various kitchen roles. Currently serving as Executive Chef at Kimbell Art Museum since November 2016, Peter has previously held executive chef positions at Swiss Pastry Shop and Clay Pigeon Food & Drink, as well as sous chef roles at Neighborhood Services and Boulevard Restaurant. Peter's expertise includes managing nightly specials, ordering, budgeting, inventory, and overseeing cafe operations as a Corporate Chef at Viverae Inc. Academic credentials include a BS in Agricultural Leadership and Development from Texas A&M University and an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts from The Culinary Institute of America.
