Mauricio Fernando Benavides Coral has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Mauricio Fernando recently joined Kin + Carta as an Engineering Practice Lead, where they provide leadership and technical vision across the firm's projects and pre-sales work.

Mauricio also worked at BGH Tech Partner as a Cloud Product Consultant, where they designed and sold cloud solutions, as well as networking and security solutions. Mauricio Fernando also worked as an RF Optimization Engineer, responsible for maintaining and optimizing telecom's 3G RAN networks.

Earlier in their career, Mauricio worked at Hiqual for Claro Argentina as a Network Engineer and Performance Specialist, where they focused on network optimization for 2G and 3G RAN.

Mauricio also gained experience as an Electronic Engineer at TeleCentro S.A., where they managed and supported a HFC network and solved equipment-related issues.

Finally, Mauricio worked at IPVision S.A. as a Network Engineer, where they provided technical support, designed and managed telephony networks over Softswitch VoIP, and resolved issues related to IP networks.

Throughout their career, Mauricio has demonstrated expertise in engineering, project management, sales, and technical support, with a focus on cloud-based solutions, networking, and telecommunications.

Mauricio Fernando Benavides Coral obtained an Engineer's degree in Electronic Engineering from Universidad Nacional de Colombia from 2006 to 2011. Mauricio Fernando then pursued a Specialization in technologies of Telecommunications, specifically Telecommunications Engineering, at the University of Buenos Aires from 2011 to 2013. In addition to their formal education, Mauricio has obtained various certifications from Microsoft and Google, including in areas such as cloud computing, data engineering, and system administration. Mauricio Fernando has also completed a specialization in Architecting with Google Cloud Platform through Coursera.
