Sam Reffitt

Sam Reffitt has worked in various roles and companies throughout their career. Sam started as a Marketing Assistant at The Great Yorkshire Show Event in 2012. Sam then worked as an Account Executive at ProspectAware Limited, where they were responsible for retaining and growing the portfolio for medium-sized businesses. Later, they became a Client Services Manager at ProspectAware Limited, acting as the main point of contact for technology clients.

Sam then joined Brierley+Partners as a Client Services Manager, managing the relationship and projects for Hertz across the EMEA region. After that, they worked as a Client Services Consultant at Worm, where they outlined a growth strategy and improved CRM strategy for the slow-motion camera app and sharing platform start-up.

Next, they joined Rainmaker Consulting as a Client Partner, developing relationships with business leaders and implementing growth strategies for clients. Sam then became an Account Director at Rainmaker Consulting, leading 15 Account Executives and implementing strategic initiatives for key accounts.

Following that, they worked as a Growth Consultant, serving as the primary point of contact for clients and facilitating a seamless onboarding process. Sam then joined Formidable as an Account Director, responsible for Formidable's long-term growth strategy across the UK, Europe, Middle East, and Africa. Sam was later promoted to Director of Global Business Development at Formidable, where they spearheaded the global sales strategy and oversaw a global portfolio of enterprise clients.

Currently, Sam Reffitt works as the Lead Client Partner at Kin + Carta, starting in 2023.

Sam Reffitt earned a Bachelor's Degree in International Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the University of Liverpool in 2013. Additionally, they obtained another Bachelor's Degree in the same field from the City University of Hong Kong in 2012. Before attending university, Sam Reffitt completed their high school education at Harrogate Grammar School from 2001 to 2009.
