Olga Khanoutin

Olga Khanoutin has extensive work experience in data and analytics roles. Olga is currently working as the Senior Director of Data & Analytics at Kinaxis since May 2023. Before that, they served as the Director of Analytics at FreshBooks from July 2022 to March 2023. Prior to that, Olga worked at Loblaw Companies Limited where they held the position of Director of Data, Insights & Analytics from February 2019 to June 2022, and also as the Senior Manager of Decision Support from April 2016 to February 2019. Olga started their career as a Sr. Data Analyst and Modeler at Twin Marketing Group (formerly Centric Group, Centric IQ) from December 2014 to December 2015. Olga's work experience also includes a role as a Database Analyst at Canada Post from May 2013 to December 2014.

From 1998 to 2003, Olga Khanoutin attended Yanka Kupala State University of Grodno, where they received a Masters of Science degree in Engineering, with a specialization in Information Technology and Mathematics.
