Leanne Hayes has extensive work experience in customer operations and project management. Leanne is currently the Director of Customer Operations at KIND, a position they have held since March 2022. Prior to this, Leanne worked at Campbell Soup Company from 2007 to 2019, where they held various roles including Senior Project Manager, Team Leader of Customer Service, Deductions Management Supervisor, Process Capability Analyst, and Senior Customer Service Analyst. Leanne also has experience at GE, where they worked in Inside Sales and as a Customer Financial Analyst/Accounts Payable Lead.
Leanne Hayes completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Management at Elon University's Martha and Spencer Love School of Business from 1990 to 1994.
