Rebecca Bagin

Rebecca Bagin has an extensive work experience spanning over three decades. Rebecca is currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at KIND since 2019. Prior to that, they held the same position at Tory Burch from 2015 to 2017, where they played a key role in strategy development and organization restructuring.

Rebecca also held the position of VP Human Resources, Global Talent Management at Campbell Soup Company.

Early in their career, Rebecca worked at JPMorgan Chase as Associate Vice President, Human Resources, where they managed HR activities for three executives and their departments during the acquisition of Bank One credit card company. Rebecca also worked at PepsiCo as a Staffing Manager/HR Manager and at Reebok as an HR Manager.

Rebecca started their career at ExxonMobil where they worked in various roles in the areas of recruiting, career development, and employee relations.
