Randy Dohse

Randy Dohse has over 20 years of commercial lending experience coupled with 7 years in consumer lending. From leading field teams at Dealer Services Corporation (now known as NextGear Capital) to becoming its SVP of Operations, Randy has mastered the art of leading large operation groups and currently leads the Sales and Operations team. He is tasked with providing best-in-class service to the many Independent Dealers and Auto Auctions across the United States. Additionally, Randy believes that the Independent Dealer wants a partner they can trust, one that is transparent with the way they do business and who provides solutions that allow the Independent Dealer to compete in their marketplace. These pillars resonate as the reason he believes Kinetic Advantage has an opportunity to further move the floorplan industry forward. Randy holds a degree in Economics from the University of Wisconsin.
