Mila Brogan

Mila Brogan is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in corporate governance, strategic advisory, and stakeholder engagement. Currently serving as Executive Vice President at Kingsdale Advisors, Mila leads initiatives on shareholder and governance matters. Prior to this role, Mila held the position of Assistant Governance Officer & Director of Issuer and Investor Engagement at Broadridge, where significant corporate governance projects were initiated and managed. Mila's background includes serving as Vice President of Administration at Central Park Conservancy, COO of the Society for Corporate Governance, and various leadership roles in renowned organizations such as Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP and the Yale School of Management. Mila holds a Master of Public Administration from Columbia University and advanced degrees from The Graduate Center and New York University, alongside an early education at Stuyvesant High School.
